Payment links make it easy to send insureds/ shoppers a secure way to pay without extra setup or complicated steps.
- From the left-hand menu, select Payment Link.
- Choose Create Link.
- Complete the required fields marked with an asterisk under Transaction Details.
- Create the link, then copy & paste and send to your shopper.
Once your insured/ shopper clicks on their payment link- they will be able to easily complete their payment.
Step 3: Manage Payments with Confidence
After a shopper makes a payment, go to Payments to view transaction details, shopper information, totals, status updates, and receipt options.
- Void: Available while the transaction is still Authorized. The void window typically closes at 11:00 PM local time.
- Refund: Available about 2 business days after settlement. Open the transaction and select Refund for a full or partial refund.
