Where can I see a merchant or shopper receipt?

This article will explain how to view both merchant and shopper receipts. As well as how to print or email receipts.

  1. Upon successful login (click here to reach the login page), you will be directed to the Payments module, where you can conveniently manage all your transactions in one place. If you are already logged in, you can navigate to the Payments module by clicking on the "Payments" option on the navigation bar located on the left side of your screen.

  2. To select a payment for which you would like to generate a receipt, click anywhere on the line of data corresponding to that payment. This action will open up the payment details view, where you can access all the relevant information about the transaction.

  3. On the right side of the payment details view, under Actions, you will find a button labeled "View" next to the "Merchant Receipt" section. Click this button to access and view the Merchant Receipt for the selected payment.

  4. On the right side of the payment details view, under Actions, you will find a button labeled "View" next to "Shopper Receipt." Click this button to access and view the Shopper Receipt for the selected payment. The shopper receipt includes information such as the date and time of the payment, the items or services purchased, and the total amount paid.

  5. To print the receipt, locate the printer icon in the top right corner of the receipt and click it. Printing is a convenient option for those who prefer to have hard copies instead of digital records.

  6. To email the receipt to the recipient of your choice, click on the email icon located in the top right corner of the receipt. This will prompt you to input the email address of the recipient.

  7. Make sure to double-check the email address for accuracy to ensure that the receipt reaches the intended recipient. Once you have entered the recipient's email, click the "Send Email" button.
