What is the transaction ID?

Below you will learn what a transaction ID is and where to find and copy a transaction ID!

Transaction ID Basics

A transaction ID is a unique alphanumeric code assigned to each individual transaction. It is a reference number to track and identify a specific transaction within a system or database.
When a transaction occurs in the portal, a transaction ID is generated to provide a means of identification and organization. This transaction ID is created by AndDone and is used to tracking facilitate various processes.

The transaction ID plays a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving any issues during or after a transaction. The transaction ID makes it easier to investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors by allowing our support team and merchants to locate and reference specific transactions.
