Streamline Vendor Payments: A Comprehensive Guide to Outbound Payments
Follow the steps below to efficiently process and review outbound payments using the payments platform:

Begin by logging to your Merchant Portal.
- Select Outbound Payments and click on View Vendors.
- Access the Outbound Payments module and select “View Vendors” to display your available vendor list.

- Choose a Vendor from the List.
- Select the desired vendor you wish to process a payment for.

- Review Vendor Status Options.
- You may only initiate payments to vendors with a status of Approved.

- Select Approved Vendor and Click Send Payment.

- The Payment Remittance interface will open. Select a predefined template or manually enter the required payment details, or decide to skip remittance.

- Enter Selections and Adjust Settings.
- Complete the relevant fields. To modify field options, use the settings wheel adjacent to the input box.

- Add Additional Columns (Optional).
- If needed, click “Add Column” to insert more data fields, such as additional text, date, or amount fields.

- Add Rows as Needed.

- Continue to Check Details.

- View Submitted Payments.
- After submission, select “View Payments” to review all outbound payments processed.

- Select the Check/Payment to View.
- Identify and select the specific payment or check for further review.

- Review Payment Details, Remittance, Actions, & Timeline.
- Access comprehensive details for each transaction, including remittance instructions, permitted actions, and a timeline.

- Click View Check.
- To view the check that will be printed and sent to your vendor, select “View Check.”

- Review Created Check and Track Status.
- A copy of the created check will appear for your review. Track the check’s status anytime under “View Payments.”
