How do I view payments and payment details?

The AndDone payments portal provides visibility for all of your payments. Read on to learn more!

  1. Upon login (click here to reach the login page), you will be directed to the Payments Module, where you can manage all your transactions in one place. If you are already logged in, you can easily navigate to the payments module by clicking "Payments" in the navigation bar located on the left side of your screen.

  2. Once in the Payments module, you will see a list of your most recent transactions and details such as Shopper Name, Payment Method, Account Number, Transaction ID, Date, and Payment Status. To locate a specific transaction, use the search bar at the top of the payments module. Type in the relevant details, such as Transaction ID or Shopper Name, and the system will quickly filter and display the desired transaction(s). To gain more insights into a particular transaction, click on the corresponding line of data. This will bring up the payment details for that transaction.

  3. The Payment Details page displays all relevant information for a transaction. On this page, you can find payment status, transaction details, shopper information, payment details, and transaction totals. On the top right side of your screen, you will see available actions that give you access to shopper and merchant receipts and refunds.
