How do I view my payment links?

This article will help you view, edit, copy, and expire payment links.

Once logged into the portal (click here to reach the login page), select Payment Link on the left side of the portal's navigation bar.

To access payment links that have been created, click on View Links.

Payment links from the Last 7 days will populate

To expand your search beyond the last 7 days click on Date Created and then enter your preferred time frame.

You can open details for any specific link by simply clicking on the Payment Link.

If the Payment Link status is Enabled you will have the option to Copy Link, Expire Link, & Edit Link

The Copy Link button allows you to share the payment link with others via email, messaging apps, or any other platform of your choice by copying the link to your clipboard.

The Edit Link button will allow you to modify the components of the link: e.g.  update the payment amount, add or remove payment options, and customize the agent message.

Lastly, the Expire Link button. This action is useful when you no longer want the payment link to be accessible.

Once a Payment Link is Expired- the payment link is deactivated.   Meaning you can no longer edit the payment link and your shopper will not be able to complete the payment.
