How do I view my payment links?

This article will help you view, edit, copy, and expire payment links.

  1. Once logged into the portal (click here to reach the login page), you can navigate to the "Payment Link" option on the left side of the portal's navigation bar.

  2. To access the payment link view and see all the links that have been created, click on "Links."

  3. From the "Payment Link" module, you can open details for any specific link. On the far right side of the screen, you can check the Status of the payment link to see if it has been paid or is still pending.

  4. Within the link details, you can make adjustments by clicking the "Edit Link" button. This action will redirect you to the Edit Link view, where you can modify the components of the link. In the edit link view, you can update the payment amount, add or remove payment options, and customize the agent message. It's important to note that any modifications made to the link will not affect any previously processed payments. However, any pending payments associated with the link will reflect the changes made.

  5. From the Link Details view, you can easily copy the payment link to your clipboard by simply clicking on the "Copy Link" button. This feature allows you to share the payment link with others via email, messaging apps, or any other platform of your choice by copying the link to your clipboard.

  6. Lastly, from the Link Details view, you can expire a link by clicking on the "Expire Link" button. This action is useful when you no longer want the payment link to be accessible.
