Getting Started: Setting up your logo - Payment Branding

This interactive guide will show you how to upload your custom logo for payment branding.

Upon logging in to the Merchant Portal (click here to log in), you will be directed to the Payments module where you can see all of your recent payments. Click on Settings on the lower left-hand side of the menu to open the Settings drop-down menu. 

 

Click on SETTINGS

 

From the Settings drop-down menu, you will click on "Payment Branding." 

 

Click on Payment Branding

 

Within Payment Branding, you will be able to edit your Business Name and upload a logo. Simply click on the "Select" button to choose a logo to upload. For uploading a logo, the maximum file size is 1 MB and the allowed file types are JPEG, JPG, PNG, and SVG. In order to use your business logo on the Payment Link headers, you must check the box next to "Use logo as header instead of business name." 

 

Click on "Select" under LOGO, upload your logo from your computer & check Use Logo check box

 

After you have uploaded a business logo, you will have the opportunity to customize your color scheme by picking primary, secondary, and background colors. You can also customize your primary and secondary font colors. To customize colors, you can use an RGB code, HSL code, HEX code, the eye-dropper tool, or you can create a custom color. 

 

 

Lastly, you will have the option to customize the Summary Page for your Anytime Payments link. You can add a custom agent message, as well as a phone number and an email for your shopper to reach you. 

 

Fill in an Agent message, agent phone number, & agency email.

 

In order to save changes to your payment branding, click on "Save Changes." 

 

Click on Save Changes
