How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry, we've got you covered!

  1. You should always access the Portal using a trusted browser. Open your preferred browser and enter the following URL in the address bar: or click here to open the login page in a new window. Make sure to save or bookmark this login page for easy access in the future. 
  2. Under the fields for username and password on the login page, you will see a prompt that says "Forgot Password?". Click on this prompt to initiate the password recovery process. This will redirect you to a page where you can reset your password.


  3. In the recover password view, you will be prompted to enter your username. This is the username associated with your AndDone payments portal account. If you are unsure of your username, you can find it by referring to the email address you used to sign up for the portal. Once you have entered your username, click "submit" to proceed with the password reset process.

  4. After clicking submit, you will receive an email from This email will contain a temporary password for your next login. Return to the portal URL,, enter your username and temporary password, and click "login." This will redirect you to the change password screen. Your new password must meet the following requirements: contain at least 14 characters, include at least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z), at least 1 lowercase letter (a-z), at least 1 number, and at least 1 special character. Enter your new password and confirm it once more, then click "change password." If your new password meets the requirements, you will be redirected back to the login screen. 


  5. Once redirected to the login screen, enter your username and your new password. Make sure to double-check that you have entered the password correctly. After entering your credentials, click on the "login" button to access the merchant portal. It is important to save or remember your password for future use. We recommend using a password manager to securely store your login information.
