How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your portal password, don't worry, we've got you covered!

You should always access the Portal using a trusted browser.

Login: Open your preferred browser and enter the following URL in the address bar:

Make sure to save or bookmark this login page for easy access in the future. 

Under Username and Password will see a prompt that says Forgot Password?.

Click on this prompt to initiate the password recovery process. AndDone_Password-02-jpg-1

This will redirect you to a page where you can reset your password.

You will be asked to enter your AndDone payments portal Username

If you forgot your username, you can refer to the original registration email from Do-Not-Reply@anddone.com or you can reach out to Support@anddone.com and ask them to send it to you.

Entered your username, click submit to proceed with the password reset process.

After clicking submit, you will receive an email from Do-Not-Reply@anddone.com.

This email will contain a temporary password for your next login.

Return to the portal URL,  https://portal.anddone.com/#/login, enter your username and temporary password, and click login.

This will redirect you to the change password screen.   Your new password must fit these requirements:

  • it must be at least 14 characters long
  • it must include at least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • it must include at least 1 lowercase letter (a-z)
  • it must include at least 1 number
  • it must contain at least 1 special character (!@#$%^&*)

After entering your credentials, click on login to access the portal. 

It is important to save or remember your password for future use.  We recommend using a password manager to securely store your login information.
