Three Ways to Request Training
- The first way to request training is through the contact our support team form and selecting "Training Call Request" in the drop down under "I have a question about...". After submitting this form, a customer success analyst will reach out directly scheduling details and further instructions.
- The second way to request training is by sending an email to support@anddone.com. Please ensure that the subject line is similar to, "Request training from a customer success analyst". In the body of the email, include any specific functionality within the payments portal that you would like help with. You will receive an email from either support@anddone.com or directly from a customer support analyst with scheduling details and further instructions.
- The third way to request training is through the Support Box within the payments portal. Once you have successfully logged into the portal (click here to reach the login page), you can access the Support Box by clicking on "Support" located in the navigation bar on the left side of the portal. Enter your name and email address. In the subject line enter, "Request training from a customer success analyst." In the message, be sure to include any specific functionality with which you would like help with. Click on "Send Ticket" when you have entered the necessary details. After we have reviewed your request, you will receive an email from either support@anddone.com or directly from a customer support analyst with scheduling details and further instructions.
