How do I remove emails from the distribution list for notifications?

Removing an email from the distribution list prevents the owner of that email from receiving email notification.

  1. After logging in to the portal (click here to reach the login page), you will find the "Settings" option located in the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.

  2. From the drop-down menu, click on "Notifications."

  3. Within the notifications module, you can choose the particular notification for which you wish to include email distribution. We will use the "API Key Rolled (Private or Public)" notification as an example for this article. Click on the line for "API Key Rolled (Private or Public)." This will direct you to the event details for this specific notification.

  4. Once you are in the notification event details, under the "Distribution List" section, you can see which emails are receiving notifications. To remove an email, click the trash icon next to the email you want to remove.

  5. After clicking the trash icon, a text box will pop up to confirm your request. Click the "Remove" button to permanently remove the email from the distribution list.
