I have received payment confirmation, why hasn’t it shown up on my statement?

If you've made a payment, but it isn't showing up on your statement, we've got a few ideas as to what might be going on.

ACH

ACH payments typically settle within 1-2 business days after authorization and will be paid the day after settlement. The process can take 3-4 days from the date of authorization. This timeframe is estimated and can vary depending on bank processing times including weekends or holidays.

Card

Visa & Mastercard usually settle the same day as authorization and pay the day after settled status. While American Express & Discover can take 2-3 business days to settle and payout the day after settled status. This variance in settlement times is influenced by the processing systems of each card network.

How to Check in the Payments Portal

  1. Upon login (click here to reach the login page), you will be directed to the Payments module. If you are already logged in, click "Payments" the navigation bar located on the left side of your screen.

  2. Once you access the Payments module, click on the specific transaction details you would like to check.

  3. On the right side of the Payment Details page, you will find the Payment Timeline. Here you will find important information such as the date and time of the transaction, as well as its current status. This status will be one of the following: Authorized, Settled, Refunded, Chargeback, Failed, or Voided.

  4. If the Payment Timeline says "Authorized," you can expect to receive funds to your bank account in 2-3 days for a card transaction or 3-4 days for an ACH transaction. If the Payment Timeline says "Settled," you can expect to receive funds to your bank account in 1-2 days for a card transaction or 2-3 days for an ACH transaction.
