Adding an Anytime Payment Button to Your Outlook Signature

This guide will show you how to add an Anytime Payment Button to Outlook Signature.

Step-by-step Guide to adding an Anytime Payment Button to your Outlook Signature:


  1. Within Outlook, open a new email.
  2. Click on "Include" and then "Signatures."
  3. At this point you can either create a new signature or select a current signature where you would like to add the button. 
  4. Click into the spot within the signature where you would like to place the image for the Anytime Payment Button (button image options can be seen at the bottom of this article).
  5. Click the image button (second from the right).
  6. Select on the image you want to add from your computer and click insert. 
  7. Next, make sure your image is selected (it should have small brackets around it. Then click the hyperlink icon on the right side. 
  8. Copy your Anytime Payment Link from your portal and paste your Anytime Payment Link into the address field in the outlook window that is open. Click OK.
