How do I send a shopper a receipt?

Sending a receipt to a shopper

Start by logging into your Payments Portal. 

The Payments dashboard (or payment module) is your home screen displaying your recent transactions.

Select the payment you would like to generate a receipt by clicking anywhere on the transaction.

On the right side of the Payment details view, under Actions, click View to the right of Shopper Receipt

The shopper receipt includes important information such as merchant details, shopper details, payment details, and the total amount paid, including fees.  

To email the receipt to your shopper, click on the email icon located in the top right corner of the receipt screen.

Enter the shopper's email address and click Send Email.
