How do I send a shopper a receipt?

Need to send your shopper a receipt? We've got you covered in the article below!

  1. Upon login (click here to reach the login page), you will be directed to the Payments module. If you are already logged in, click on the "Payments" option on the navigation bar located on the left side of your screen.


  2. To select the payment you would like to generate a receipt, click anywhere on the line of data corresponding to the payment.


  3. On the right side of the Payment details view, under "Actions", click the button labeled "View" to the right of "Shopper Receipt." The shopper receipt includes important information such as merchant details, shopper details, payment details, and the total amount paid, including fees. 


  4. To email the receipt to your shopper, click on the email icon located in the top right corner of the receipt screen.


  5. Be sure to double-check the shopper's email address for accuracy to ensure that the receipt reaches the intended recipient. Then click the "Send Email" button to deliver the receipt directly to their inbox. It is important to check with your shopper to ensure the email isn't going to their spam folder.
