Exporting historical payment data is easy with AndDone.
How do I download payment data more than 2 years old?
- Once you have logged into the system (click here to reach the login page), access the payments dashboard by clicking on "Payments" located in the navigation bar on the left side of the portal. Within the payments dashboard, click on "Date."
- Within the date menu under "from," select the starting date for the data that you would like to view using either the calendar functionality or by manually typing in the desired date. After you have selected the start date for the date range, under "to," enter the end date for the desired date range.
- Once you have selected the proper date range for the data that you would like to view, click on "Apply."
- After selecting "Apply," a text box will pop up explaining that you will need to put in a support request. This text box will pop up for bulk data over 2,000 lines or for data that is over 2 years old.
- Within the support box, you will notice that your information including your name, email, subject, and support message will auto-populate. Although there is no need to make any changes to these pre-populated fields, you have the option to make changes or add any further details.
- Click on "Send Ticket" to submit your request for historical. After submitting the support ticket, you will receive a download link in your email inbox. Click on the download link in your email inbox to download the file containing your desired payment data.
