If you are experiencing issues, you can clear your cache in just a few simple steps!
We recommend Google Chrome to log into the payments portal for the best performance. To clear your cache in Google Chrome, click on the 3 dots (breadcrumbs) at the upper right-hand of the web page and select "Clear browsing data..." from the dropdown menu. Within the Clear browsing data menu, set the Time range of either "All time," "Last 4 weeks," "Last 7 days," "Last 24 hours," or "Last hour." Checkmark the "Cached images and files." Then click on "Clear data" to clear your cache.
