How to contact a real person at AndDone
- First, you can use the support form within the AndDone Help Center (click here to use the support form).
- The second way to reach a real person is by sending an email to support@anddone.com. Please make sure that the subject line says something similar to "AndDone Support Request" and in the body of the email please provide your agency/sub-merchant account, a detailed description of what you need.
- The third way to contact a real person at AndDone is through the Support Box within the payments portal. Once you have successfully logged into the portal (click here to reach the login page), you can access the Support Box by clicking on "Support" located in the navigation bar on the left side of the portal. Enter your name and email address. In the subject line enter, "Support Request." In the message, be sure to include your agency/sub-merchant account and a detailed message pertaining to anything with which you would like help. Click on "Send Ticket" when you have entered the necessary details. After we have reviewed your request, you will receive an email from either support@anddone.com.
