How do I filter payments data?

This article will explain how to filter and download payments data.

  1. Once you have logged into the portal (click here to reach the login page), access the payments dashboard by clicking on "Payments" located in the navigation bar on the left side of the portal.


  2. Once you are within the payments module, you will see all of your transactions. In this example we will focus on the date filter. To filter by date, click on "Date" at the top of the payments dashboard. 

    Click on the word Date.

  3. In the Date box under "From:" either type the date manually, or click on the calendar icon to select the beginning of the date range that you would like to capture.

    Click on From: And type in the starting date

  4. To select the end of the date range, under "To:" either type the date manually or click on the calendar icon to select the ending date in the date range. 

    Click on To: Select the ending date.

  5. Once you have selected your desired date range, click on "apply" to filter the payment data.

    Click on Apply

  6. After clicking "apply," the data will be filtered to show your updated transactions. You can apply other filters to refine your data further including shopper name, payment method, account number, merchant ref id, transaction id, and status. In this example, we will highlight the "Status" filter, where you can filter payments by current transaction status. 

  7. Once you have clicked "Apply" and the desired transactions are displayed in the dashboard, you are ready to export. In order to export for download, click on the "Export" button and export as either .csv for Excel or as a pdf. The payments data file will now be accessible via your downloads folder on your device. Look out for the file name "Transaction (#)" in the downloads folder on your device.
