How do I search, filter, and export payment details on the payments dashboard?

This article will explain how to filter, search and download payments data on your payments dashboard.

Start by logging into your Payments Portal. 

The Payments dashboard (or payment module) is the first screen defaulted with the last 90 days of payment activity. 
Click on Payments

Commonly asked question:  To see beyond 90 days (or a preferred date range) click on the word Date at the top of the payments dashboard.


Click on Date…
After you click Date the calendar icon will populate.  Then you can enter your preferred date range. Click on From

You can apply additional filters to refine your data by clicking on the item in the header row e.g.: shopper name, payment method, account number, ref id, transaction id, transaction status, and amount.   

Click on Shopper Name…

Example:  Filtering by transaction status- click on the header title Status, then select preferences from status options and click Apply.

Once the desired transactions are displayed in the dashboard, you can export & download- by selecting click on the "Export" button and chose either .csv for Excel or as a pdf.

 

 

You may also utilize the Search bar at the top of the Payments Dashboard- simply type in the payment data references you wish to search.
