How do I enable or disable notifications?

Make sure to enable or disable notifications on your AndDone account so you never miss an update.

Enabling Notifications

  1. After logging into the portal (click here to reach the login page), you will find the "Settings" option located in the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.

  2. From the drop-down menu, click on "Notifications."

  3. From the Notifications module, you will be able to see the notification Event Name, Event Type, Distribution List Count, Email Template, and Status. To enable a notification, click on the "Disabled" button to toggle it to "Enabled."

  4. When prompted to add email(s), click on "Add Email(s)" button.

  5. Enter the email(s) for those who should receive the notification and click "Add Email."

Disabling Notifications

  1. Click on "Settings" located in the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.

  2. From the drop-down menu, click on "Notifications."

  3. From the Notifications module, you will be able to see the notification Event Name, Event Type, Distribution List Count, Email Template, and Status. To disable a notification, click on the "Enabled" button to toggle it to "Disabled." This notification will now be disabled and a green banner will be displayed with the message, "Notification unsubscribed successfully."
