How do I enable Anytime Payments?

In order to enable Anytime Payments, simply submit a support request.

How to Enable Anytime Payments

  1. After logging into the portal (click here to reach the login page), you will find the "Support" option located in the navigation bar on the left side of your screen. This will direct you to the support request view, where you can submit your request to enable Anytime Payment links.

  2. In the support request box, provide your name, email address, subject, and message. It is important to be concise and clear in your subject line and message to ensure that the support team understands your request. For example, you can write, "Please enable Anytime Payments for Jane Doe" as your message.

  3. Once your support request is complete and submitted, our support team will review your request. You will receive a confirmation email to the email address that you provided in your support request once the review process is complete.

How to Check That Anytime Payment Links Are Enabled

  1. You can check that payment links have been enabled by clicking on "Settings" then "Business Settings."

  2. Within Business Settings, under "Additional Details" you can see if Anytime Payments are "enabled."
