How do I disable a payment link?

The article below will walk you through the steps of disabling a payment link to ensure that it cannot be used.

1. Once successfully logged into the portal (click here to reach the login page), you can easily access payment links by locating it on the navigation bar on the left side of the portal and clicking on "Payment Link" to proceed. This will direct you to a dropdown menu where you can see the options "Create Link" and "Links."
   
   
   
   
2. From the dropdown menu, select "Links" to access the list of all your payment links. This section of the portal allows you to manage and track your payment links in one spot. Here, you can view all the recent payment links that have been created.
   
   
   
   

3. To view the details of a recent payment link, click on the line of data that corresponds to the link that you wish to view. By doing so, you will be able to access all the relevant information about the payment link, such as the date it was created, the payment amount, the creator, and the expiration date.

   
   
   
   
4. To disable a payment link, click on the option that says "Expire Link." This will prevent any further transactions from being made through that specific payment link.
