Understanding DDA Changes

This article explains what a DDA is, when a change might be necessary, and how to submit a DDA change request through AndDone.

What is a DDA?

DDA stands for Demand Deposit Account a type of bank account (typically a checking account) that allows deposits and withdrawals at any time. A valid DDA is required to use AndDone services.

What is a DDA change?

A DDA change refers to updating the bank account on file. This might be needed due to:

  • Switching banks or account numbers

⚠️Important: If the DDA change is related to:

  • A business acquisition (you being acquired), or
  • A change in Tax ID (EIN)

You will need to complete a new onboarding. Please contact AndDone Support directly to begin that process.
