How do I customize payment branding?

Customizing your payment branding is easy with AndDone!

  1. After logging in to the portal (click here to reach the login page), you will find the "Settings" option in the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.

  2. From the drop-down menu, click on "Payment Branding."

  3. Once in the Payment Branding module, enter your business name. You can also upload your business logo. Click "Select" to choose your business logo from your files. Business logos must be formatted in either JPG, JPEG, PNG, or SVG to be utilized. By checking the box below the logo, you can use your logo instead of your business name in payment branding.

  4. Next you can choose which color schemes you would like to use. You can customize your primary, secondary, and background colors as well as your font's primary and secondary colors. You have the flexibility to select branding colors by utilizing the eyedropper tool or entering the RGB, HSL, or HEX code values. Toggle between color code options easily with the small up/down arrows.

  5. After picking your color schemes, you can add a personal and customized agent message. Adding a personalized agent message really enhances the shopper experience. This is a good opportunity to include a kind message or disclaimers that you need to mention.

  6. Lastly, you will have the option to customize your support box. The default support box includes the phone number and email address for support@anddone.com, but you may choose to include your own agency contact information.
