How do I check the status of a payment?

Read the article below to learn how to quickly check on the status of a specific payment!

  1. Upon successful login (click here to reach the login page), you will be directed to the payments module where you can conveniently manage all your transactions in one place. If you are already logged in, you can easily navigate to the payments module by simply clicking "Payments" in the navigation bar located on the left side of your screen. By doing so, you will open up the payments module.

  2. Once you access the Payments module, you will be able to view a comprehensive list of your most recent transactions. If you're searching for a specific transaction, simply utilize the search bar located at the top of the payments module. Type in the relevant details, such as transaction ID or shopper name, and the system will filter and display the desired transactions.

    To gain a deeper understanding of a specific payment, click on the corresponding line of data for the transaction to open up the payment details.

  3. On the right side of the Payment Details page, you will find the payment status displayed under "Payment Timeline." The payment status will include important information such as the date and time of the transaction. This status will read as one of the following: Authorized, Settled, Refunded, Chargeback, Failed, or Voided.
