Adding AndDone as a trusted domain in Outlook

This article covers how to add AndDone as a trusted domain to receive emails from anddone.com email addresses if they are being blocked.

Why do I need to add AndDone.com as a trusted domain?

If you aren't receiving User Creation and Password Reset emails coming from AndDone (the @anddone.com domain), the AndDone domain may be blocked within Outlook. To fix this, add anddone.com as a trusted domain within Outlook.

How to Add AndDone as a trusted domain

First, find the "Junk" option under the "Home" within you Outlook toolbar.

 

Or if you are using a newer version of Outlook, you will click on the "Home" then the 

Expand the Junk menu and select Junk Email Options. Next, click on "Junk E-mail Options."

 

 

From the "Junk Email Options" modal window, click on the the "Safe Senders" tab and then click on "Add."

 

A new modal window "Add address or domain" will open. Proceed to type  "@anddone.com" to add to the Safe Senders List.

 

 

Lastly, click "OK" and "Apply" to save changes. Now emails from @anddone.com will appear in your inbox.
