How do I add emails to the distribution list for notifications?

Adding emails to the distribution list for notifications ensures that the members of your organization receive important updates relating to your payments.

  1. After logging into the platform (click here to reach the login page), you will click the "Settings" option located in the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select "Notifications" to open the Notifications module.

  3. Within the notifications module, you can choose the particular notification for which you wish to include email distribution. We will use the "API Key Rolled (Private or Public)" notification as an example for this article. Click on the line for "API Key Rolled (Private or Public)." This will direct you to the event details for this specific notification.

  4. Once you are in the Notification Event Details, under the "Distribution List" section, you have the option to add email addresses by clicking "Add Email." This feature allows you to include additional recipients who will receive the notification.

  5. After clicking "Add Email" can add new emails to this textbox. To add multiple emails, separate them with a comma (,), semicolon (;), or a line break. Once you have entered the desired email address(es), click "Add Email."
