Adding a unique Agent Message is a thoughtful way to add a personal touch to your payment summary screen.  Whether it's a simple thank you, a friendly greeting, or additional information about your business, a personalized Agent Message can go a long way in enhancing the overall shopper experience.  

How to Add an Agent Message

  1. After successfully logging in to the portal (click here to reach the login page), you will find the "Settings" option in the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.

  2. From the settings drop-down menu, click on "Payment Branding" to reach the Payment Branding module.

  3. From the Payment Branding module, you can modify your business name, add a logo, personalize your color schemes, and add a unique agent message. Enter your personalized message in the designated text box under "Agent Message," where you can input up to 280 characters to add a special touch to your payment summary page.
